At Flourish Clinic, we are proud to welcome Cochrane therapist Eve Paraschuk MSW, R.S.W., BN
Cochrane Counselling
A Cochrane therapist, Eve has many years of experience working in the mental health field. She began her career as a Registered Nurse working in hospice, inpatient psychiatry, rehab (trauma and addictions) and primary care. During this time she provided counselling as well as private client support.
Eve’s Cochrane counselling practice specializes in complex trauma, and she takes a somatic and relational approach to care. She knows what it’s like to feel unsafe in her body, and is able to use her experiences to help her patients feel seen and attuned to. Eve is able to work with patients of all ages.
She brings kindness, empathy, presence and humour to her work. You can read more about Eve here:

I know intimately what it means to be in a position of responsibility to care for others, and how challenging it can be to keep yourself afloat. My deepest calling is to support you as you navigate your challenges, so in turn you can be present for yourself and those you love.
I believe in your strength and capacity for joy. I will walk with you as you deepen your relationship with yourself and the wounds you carry.

Are you a good fit for Flourish?
Patients who do best under our care:
- Do not want to rely on unnecessary drugs and medication as a permanent solution.
- Want to discover the underlying cause of their problems, rather than just suppress their symptoms.
- Are motivated to play an active role in their own healing process.
- Will make the necessary dietary and lifestyle changes to support their health and well-being.
In addition, we find that many of our patients:
- Know that diet, exercise, and other lifestyle factors play an integral part in healing.
- Feel that a combined approach between allopathic and alternative medicines is the most successful path to wellness.
- Know that effort is required to achieve healing – it is much more involved than swallowing a pill.
